Monte Burstad began his insurance career in 1994, working as an agent for independent insurance agencies in Western Wisconsin. In 1998 Monte started Burstad Insurance and immediately began to grow Burstad Insurance through hard work, providing great service, and hiring talented agents. In 2004 Burstad Insurance expanded to River Falls. In 2007 he purchased Corey Insurance with locations in Menomonie and Medford. And in 2007 opened a new office in Chippewa Falls. Most recently Burstad Insurance acquired New Richmond Insurance in New Richmond Wisconsin.
